improve lifestyle Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be.

Many people have different points of view on a healthy lifestyle. Some believe that a healthy lifestyle comes from working out (Exercise), eating right, staying stress free if possible, and staying away from bad habits. Are these all that can get you a healthy living? On the other hand, have you ever thought there are people who can’t afford the basic necessities of life?? Which we most of the people get as soon as we take the first breath in this wonderful world. We (Amitabha Buddhist Society) help such people those who are not so educated to understand how to live a healthy life and the importance of lifestyle. They should be aware about the meaning and approach for a better lifestyle. Lifestyle has a great impact on our lives. An inferior lifestyle leads to an unhealthy environment and which eventually leads to hazardous diseases like HIV, malaria, dengue, typhoid, etc.

ABS gives them a platform to the less privileged people to know themselves and to realize the value of their lifestyle. Lifestyle need not be lavish but the way of living should include healthy habits and healthy living which ultimately will blossom into a healthy and disease free life. We tries to develop a positive attitude, self motivation, etc.

This question everyone should ask themselves: "Am I inventing things to do things in a better way." We at ABS promote the idea of doing new things in a new way for a better living & lifestyle. We at ABS want everyone to be knowledgeable about this thought “No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change."

We at ABS believe that the purpose of life is to be "Happy" and make others "Happy". We think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, and to be compassionate. These things can really make a big difference. We at ABS have learnt and wish to teach everyone to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all.

ABS makes our result oriented efforts to let everyone know that they need to know and realize that thesocial activities are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. All work and no play doesn't only make you dull, it increases your stress levels and can lead to depression. Recreation time is a good stress buster and can improve energy levels, as well as helping balance emotions and build strong connections between families, friends and relatives.

ABS spreads the knowledge among people that Self Acceptance as an important factor for a healthy lifestyle. This means thinking positively about yourself & people around you and accepting yourself for what you are? Warts (smallness or unattractiveness) and all that you are. Maintaining a positive self image helps boost your confidence, prevent depression and reduce stress.
